GSA HACS SIN (132-45)

The Highly Adaptive Cybersecurity Services (HACS) Special Item Number (SIN) is available through the Information Technology Category (ITC) under the Multiple Award Schedule (MAS). HACS provides agencies quicker access to key support services from technically evaluated vendors that will:

  • Expand agencies’ capacity to test their high-priority IT systems
  • Rapidly address potential vulnerabilities; and
  • Stop adversaries before they impact our networks

Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) Cyber BPA for risk and vulnerability Assessment (132- 45) support

Zen Strategics LLC, SBA 8(a) Certified is one of six companies awarded the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for Information Systems Security Support. Zen Strategics was awarded a 4 year Task Order on this BPA, in Sep 2019 to provide IT Security Cyber One services for the Financial Operations Department (FOD) at the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) With a ceiling of $18 million and a life span of 5 years, PBGC intends to compete Cybersecurity and Information Assurance work on the new agency vehicle.

Task orders will cover Information Security Systems Office Support, Cybersecurity Policy Support, Assessments & Authorizations, Privacy, Cybersecurity Advisory Services, Information Assurance, CSAM Maintenance, CISO Advisory, PBGC Policies/Procedures, Audit Response/FISMA Reporting, RMF Expertise, Incident Response, and Third-Party Risk. PBGC competed the contract as a small business set-aside on the Schedule 70 Highly Adaptive Cybersecurity Services SIN for Risk and Vulnerability Assessment (132-45D) and was awarded through GSA’s FEDSIM office.

Zen Strategics handles the following areas of support for PBGC:

  • Information Systems Security Support Services provided to ensure compliance with federal and agency requirements as defined herein
  • Information Systems Security Support Services based upon the PBGC Risk
  • Information Systems Security Support Services based upon related requirements for project management
  • Information Systems Security Support Services based upon related requirements for special projects, which could include but may not be limited to gap analyses, controls assessments, risk

SBA CIO Engineering and Information Technology Support Services (Cloud Migration, Cloud Security & Enterprise Architecture)

This IDIQ provides support to the Small Business Administration Office of the Chief Information Officer in the execution of IT engineering services. These services include the analysis, design, architecture, integration, testing, and implementation of new and existing technology services. These services will be concentrated primarily on application systems and network WAN/LAN infrastructure, Azure, AWS, and Salesforce cloud services, IT projects and applications. These include shared services, cloud services, and applications - either commercially available and/or developed in-house.

CIO – SP3 (SB & 8a)

The Chief Information Officer–Solutions and Partners 3 (CIO-SP3) Small Business 8(a) Government-Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) is a ten (10) year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. This contract is intended to provide information technology (IT) solutions and services as defined in FAR 2.101(b) and further clarified in the Clinger-Cohen Act of 1996. These IT solutions and services include, but are not limited to, health and biomedical-related IT services to meet scientific, health, administrative, operational, managerial, and information management requirements. The contract also contains general IT services partly because medical systems are increasingly integrated within a broader IT architecture, requiring a systems approach to their implementation and a sound infrastructure for their operation.

DHS PACTS II – FC1 & FC2

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) established a second generation of Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) strategically sourced contracts for non-IT Program Management, Administrative, Operations (Clerical), and Technical Services II (PACTS II). This vehicle is designed to enable DHS to accomplish its mission objectives through a variety of services.

DHS SEAD (Service to Enable Agile Delivery)

The Department of Homeland Security established a Services for Enabling Agile Delivery (SEAD) Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) contract vehicle to provide consulting services for Agile principles and practices. The BPA provides hands-on coaching services, design, and modern development techniques to improve the knowledge and expertise of Agile principles and practices. With a $300 Million ceiling, this 5-year BPA for Agile delivery support will enable DHS and its components to acquire hands-on coaching services in the design and use of modern Agile development techniques and best practices.
The three levels of Agile coaching provided in the scope include:

  • Enterprise Coaching: Services that assist in organizational and cultural change as a result of adopting Agile principles and practices
  • Process Coaching: Services that focus on Agile processes and practices at the team or program level
  • Technical Coaching: Services to promote repeatable, sustainable and maintainable solutions for the continuous delivery of software.

NOAALink SB

The NOAALink Program, is an innovative approach to NOAA’s enterprise- wide strategic Information Technology (IT) planning and management. The NOAALink Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts are IT acquisition tools which leverage purchasing power for common enterprise IT products and services. Requirements include Information Technology (IT) services grouped within four Core Management Service components:

DISA ENCORE III

DISA ENCORE III is a multiple-award, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) TO contract vehicle to provide global IT solutions, services, and support to the military services, the Department of Defense (DoD), and other Federal agencies. This vehicle has an established $17.5 Billion ceiling value, and one 5-year base period and five 1-year option periods, allowing for long-term planning of large-scale program requirement.
